If I remember correctly, 7 is the highest level for a nuclear accident.

One of my projects for this present week involves trying to put some pressure on the U.S. government to develop a critically important safety resource for use with existing and future nuclear power plants around the world and for other imortant applications.

Several other recent important projects not related to earthquake forecasting have now been finished with what appears to be complete success. The results of another important project should be known within a few weeks.
