I commend you for your goal. It would be very nice to have such organizations.

But reality sets in.

Up until a few years ago I used to be very idealistic and principled. But through events over the last few years the universe has finally pounded it into my skull that people don't give a flying squirrel's fetid colon about you, with greatly rare exception.

Agenda's are the norm.

Prejudice is the norm.

Bias is the norm.

Politics is the norm.

And it will NEVER change.

What you have to learn is how to navigate it all to accomplish your own biased, prejudiced, political agenda. :)

Yes, I'm a pessimist, but I'm trying to put it to good use.
