Hi Roger, No. All of the NGOs that I know about such as nonprofit foundations work on specific types of problems. This proposed nonprofit would manage lists of possible problems rather than working a specific problem. That has been attempted in the past. But the people involved eventually decided that they weren't getting much done very fast. And they shifted their attention to specific types of projects just like other foundations etc.
It is stunning how well Pavel's and my data agree. And that validates both methods. With Shan's method I can't tell directly if it is working or not. So it is important to have a program such as Etdprog.exe that can display all of the data on a single chart so that they can be easily compared. Finally, as I said, you might want to give some thought to doing that Etgtab - ocean tide program comparison if and when you have time. These are personal opinions.
