The all color is just a mistake. Odd that it is on both versions. The black lines show the nodal planes, one of which is the fault. It is strike-slip, near vertical. The global map below on the USGS Wphase Moment tensor is correctly colored. The black and white dots, which are the P and T axes, are consistent with vertical strike-slip.
