Code has been added so that the UTC detection times of individual EM Signals having strengths greater than 2 are displayed on Chart B on the following Web page.

low intensity em1 and em2 detection times are not displayed, only their dates.

That update will make it possible for earthquake researchers around the world to compare those detection times with other precursor observation times such as Total Electron Content maps.

There has not been time to check this yet. But, it might be that the Total Electron Content maps are showing times of strong signals near active fault zones at the same times that those strong EM Signals are being detected. And if that is the case then it might make it fairly easy to tell where some approaching earthquakes are about to occur.
