By this logic and evaluations ,Government should stop weather forecast and all money spent on weather forecast.
By the way ,where the weather forecast stand in terms of statistical evaluation?
Anybody have ever tried to evaluate these forecasts,in terms of say rain + or - mm of rains,+ or - one day and more precise locations?.try for say LA or NY predictions for last six years( equal to my prediction years )
why do we need earthquake predictions 100%(99%)?
