Recent 7.7 Alaska quake in in window period of + or - one day.As far as mag is concerned 6+ 0n predction should be treated as hit.Even USGS and local seismoly dept do nt agree to mag.Some times USGS cancels its own quake to the tune of 3.5 to 4 after it has already occured.How can one expect dot accuracy of mag before winow opens?
