Numbers of new quakes are still low, but just noticed this new 2.0 quake just north of Tejon Pass.

2.0 2001/10/14 13:52:01 35.107N 118.987W 26.9 12 km ( 7 mi) NNW of Wheeler Ridge, CA

I'd rate this as a bad sign, since it's right in the locked region.
