Being as I live in the Central Arkansas area, I'm betting odds that almighty judgement is coming down upon the highway department for closing off all those lanes for construction on my way to work. Or possibly my prayers have been answered and this will provide a distraction from all the current work they're doing and my commute will improve. Either way, I hate this highway construction.
