Hi Petra: Nice post.

Just a few thoughts on the article:
1) The Wrong model is being used
2) Prediction 10 months in advance of the event is not likely (in a new model).

Some say that there is a "Universal Consciousness" (Jung?)...where all thoughts of everybody are all present.

Just maybe the author(s) of this paper is detecting somehow that somebody out there somewhere has found some new pieces to complete the puzzle...and that this information just may be close at hand to everybody....
