Hi Bob,

The one true way to connect is to be quiet, at peace and focused. I have none of the above qualities at the present time, but plan on acquiring them starting in a few days. About 3 years ago when I realized I could hear ear tones I was very focused and had few distractions, and my level of accuracy was way better than it is today.

However, it is a never ending cycle of learning. For each fault there is a sound and to come to know each of these individually when perhaps they only have an occasional earthquake is very difficult. But patterns do emerge, when you are able to hone in on something, then that knowing surely adds more confidence. We shall see if during the next four months my ability to concentrate improves and the tones are far better classified.

Don does have his own thing, but fortunately he is open minded enough to realize I have my thing and choses wisely not to step into my space on these ear tone matters. He does indeed have a method that works and I'm very proud of him. But at times, we have both found ourselves looking at the same location. Most often, he has not told me he was planning on making a forecast for a given area, when I've told him I've had an ear tone or so for that place. It surprises us both. So perhaps math/science and those who "tune in" can find a harmonious place side by side.
