Thanks for the insight Lowell :-) Perhaps this question has been asked before and if so I'm sorry for the repeat, but how is it that hurricanes on the east coast impact earthquakes on the west coast? Any information would be appreciated. Also, were there any major earthquakes following hurricane Andrew? If you don't have time to elaborate on that I will look it up later. I'm very short on time and will try to look into it in the near future. Thanks.
