While Don deleted his version of this e-mail, he sent me a copy before he did that, so here is the complete reply to Don: Hi Don -- Thank you for your e-mail. No, there is no possibility that the = earthquakes experienced around Trinidad, CO are magmatic in nature -- = especially at the 3.5 to 4.0 magnitudes recorded. They are more likely = than not, the result of a random movement of a nearby fault zone. = Volcanic earthquakes have quite a different "signature" than the ones = being experienced there at Trinidad.
