Yes, that was me. I use TrueBasic, a structured and (somewhat) compiled language and I recently bought the Windows version of it.

I still prefer DOS. Much faster.

BTW, I used to work under Dr. John Derr, who studied earthquake lights and UFOs. He believed that UFOs were precursors to quakes in some cases.
He also collaborated with Dr. Michael Persinger.
And I transferred all the UFO data to PCs once for them.
