I forgot, I've had most of my ants in the dishwasher, so I've been running a rinse hold cycle to get rid of them between actual wash loads.

For the Bay Area, most consider April and October as our big month. The 1906 quake came on 4/18 and the Loma Prieta on 10/17.

Northridge came in January on 1/17.

In looking at the list of historical quakes there doesn't seem to be any special time of the year when more quakes occurred than others, so it doesn't seem like the month or season is a good precursor.
