Hi Diane and all: I had a dream last night about a 10+ earthquake that may fit into your EQ window. In the dream, Joe and I were driving down the California coast highway, heading towards the ocean which seemed to be encroaching the highway at the next left turn around a huge rock. We heard two loud beeps behind us like a truck was trying to pass the car. I turned around to look and there was nothing there. Suddenly my body began to shake violently, and so did the car and we started to turn over backwards and upwards and the air started turning black. I started to scream, "What's happening?" but I was screaming so loud no sound came out of my throat. At the moment of awakening, I consciously realized that my physical body was not shaking and all the shaking was inside the dream which I could still feel. Comparing that shaking to a recent demonstration of what an earthquake does to a house, this was a 10+. Later on I dreamed I was working on a web page about this dream and I saw two drawings of seals going in opposite directions, one above the other which may indicate why the quake will occur as the tectonic plates slide one atop the other.
