What is CS?

Where are you located in general? I ask because knowing where they are making contrails allows me to wait and see what develops in or just beyound the area. I really hate to think our government is intently trying to make people sick---just doesn't make sense to me---but the contrails are real and it may be that illnesses are a side effect from rain making efforts which are hoped to cool off faults expected to fracture. Still, the government has no right to put this stuff over the people without informing the people first and, at the least, urging the wearing of nose and mouth masks to protect the sensitive from the chemicals.
