Saturday, I predicted elsewhere a smallish quake
between 1:10 pm PDT, 10/30/1999 and 12:10 pm PST,
11/02/1999. This will be a 3.5 to 6.0 magnitude.
Location - most likely Channel Islands to Santa
Maria, may be as far south as San Ysidro. From
75 miles off shore to 50 miles on shore. It is
also possible that this may be a swarm of
smaller quakes, but will be considered a miss if
that happens.
