Dear Pat,

My heart aches for you and your daughter. The Happy Ever After hasn't been true for you, but how well you hid it from the all of us. Your business, to be sure, but you gave no hint. I am so sorry.

But you are doing the right thing and your husband, soon to be X I assume, will have to answer to God. He not only broke man's law, but he sinned against God's law and that puts him at great risk. I will pray for his soul. Because, right now, it doesn't stand a chance...hitting his own flesh and blood, his hope for redeemtion in his DNA...and what was his childhood?

This hits at the heart of it. Our very relationships.
