EQ stuff has begun hitting me again. It began with moving headaches. First on top of my head and then center of the forehead. Then came the left ear clicks, momentary soreness above left knee and electrical spraying sensation to the top of my right foot.

No PRs were added or deleted today.

Anyone following the plane crash today, killing all five on board. How contact was lost 20 minutes into the flight, how it climbed to 45,000 feet, how military jets were scrabled to intercept, which they did and reported that both pilots were disabled. Then how they tracked it for a couple of hours, until it was out of fuel and then watched in crash nose down?

Very strange report if you ask me.
