Abnormal type contrails have been reported on the Net for quite some time now and from all over the country. There are now sites dealing with them alone. Some people report coming down ill afterwards. No one seems to be able to get a government explanations as the what the reported Air Force is doing. Some think we are being innoculated against anthrax and such. Others think it's population control at work. And still others believe they are trying to manipulate the weather.

Since I have now seen them and know what has resulted, I think the later is occurring. That they try to make enough rain to cool off a hot fault ready to rupture. This time, although they have tried everyday since I first reported them, they haven't been able to make any rain near by. They begin to get a few clouds beginning to form and the hot sun seems to kill them around noon. It's been very strange to see.
