Morning BP is 156/102, up again this morning. Can't get mail due to server not recognizing my password they had to change for me last week and everything has been fine since them. Ears ringing again. Light head pressure and light itching symptom for LS. Boy, it the sun ever bright this morning.

Stay alert now. Seems like a good day for another larger quake.
