Hi, Sandi and all - Funny I never made the connection until I read this. I had a wedding shower here today, with a lot of prep, and this AM, as three of us were in the kitchen, I kept getting light-headed and dizzy. Very unusual for me, and it was annoying, as we were very busy. It lasted about an hour. We've felt some aftershocks here (minor) but I didn't think about my vertigo being related to the movement. Years ago, when Newport Beach had a direct hit, I felt "off" for three days, during the largest aftershocks. As if I wasn't on solid ground, and a bit nauseous. Am still marveling at the ocean-type waves in my swimming pool. We were fascinated, watching the water slosh all over the backyard for several minutes after the main quake. - Joanne
