Hi!!

Well.......yesterday I had so many symptoms that I didn't know which way was up!!

At 5:18 PM I had a ear tone/ringing that went from right ear over to the left and left my hearing like I had cotton in my ears or like when you go swimming or diving and you have to clear your ears. 1 hr. later at 6:18 exactly, same symptoms. Then ears started ringing again this morning. I've had a migraine for 1 week, neck tightness/tension, uptight, bad mood, agitated very easily. Its like Mt. Vesuvias before she's ready to erupt! Everyone in my house was in bad moods last night and testy and arguing again and I've noticed people are on edge around here, no patience when driving or anything else!!

Its gonna be hot again this weekend, up in the 90's+ here, just like back in 1989! Dejavu!
Dogs are clingly, dogs in neighborhood barking at nothing. Dog and Cat count up in the San Jose Mercury News, about 30 or so, and I noticed that most of them are around off the 85 Fwy.
Monte Vista Thrust Fault!! The only animal having fun this morning in my back 40, was a Buck chasing a Deer around for some early morning "Sweets"", if you get my drift, and my husband is cheering him on!! Oh Well!

I have been hearing low rumbling for several days, last night it was very loud. House has been creaking and moving and I have "New" cracks in the door frames! This has been going on for 2 weeks, but picked up this last week.

So....if I think we're "ripe" for a 5.0 or so? My answer is Yes!! And the longer it goes the worse it will be. San Juan Bautista had a 3.0 yesterday I believe. Of course after listening to the USGS,etc. and their reports, I think that they know something is about to happen soon and are trying to get people prepared and ready. My husband agrees with that line of thought and he said that when it happens they can say "I told you so!". The only problem I have with the year # is that in 1990, they said it would be 30 years, well, we've gone 10 since then, so does that knock it down to 20 or less? Peter Yanov on yesterday's Channel 5 news was really good showing the Stadium @ Berkeley and how the hills around Berkeley will come down due to its unstable earth that has been moving for quite some time. Peter said the safest place to be was on Telegraph Hill in San Francisco! Solid Rock! He also pointed out about the structures built from the 20's to the 50's and how unstable they are. Just cement pilings and "Will" come down!

Anyway.....everytime my daughters Birthday rolls around I remember Loma Prieta. Her birthday is tomorrow and the EQ was on the 16th, so I'll always remember and so does she! She always says....How come it couldn't have happened on my Birthday....Cool!! Kids!! Nuts!! But then she's just like her Mother!!

Bye for now :-)
