Morning all, Quiet EQ night. Chip has finally come out from hiding under my bed, so whatever was getting to him has either gone away or is now ready to pop. My BP is morning is 160/100, a good rise from last night. My ears are quiet. Like that! But my neck is a little stiff and there's a little lower back pain...both could be just old age cripping in. However, two cats threw up overnight. Yuck. Morning news is saying over 300 are now dead from the floods in Mexico with more bodies beging discovered all the time. Sure hope they didn't go manipulating the weather down there to put off EQs. Better to have the EQs at this death rate, right? As you all know, I often report local violent events, which often proceed EQ activity. Well, it occurred to me, is this kind of stuff happening in other locations? Or is it just around me? The news fails to report so much unless it's "bad" enough to get attention. Yesterday in Riverside, there was another home invasion and one police officer was killed when he was called to investigate an open door. Backup killed one suspect while two others got away after starting fires in making their get away. The seach for them continues. A two car accident sends one car onto a side walk and kills a mother and two of her children. A third is in serious condition. It's the timing that bothers me. Gunfire in S. Central over night takes another life. So it goes...as we wait for the EQs which may or may not be delayed by God. Well, enjoy the weekend. Hug the kids and stay alert.
