Hi Dennis, I had that problem with our Mac. Had to scroll to the right to read the complete message. We have since ditched our main computer which was a Mac & bought an e-machine. With it all I have to do is enlarge the screen and can read the whole message. There is that option Macs also. What size monitor do you have and what kind of Mac do you have? Lucinda
