That's how I have invisioned the Critical EQ Windows to be; forecasts of possible EQs. Of course, the PRs have had to come through my body to be known, but I've always thought that whatever it is my body has reacted on, equipment of some sort could pick it up much better than I have and then forecasts could be put forth.
