All that in 25 minutes? Don, I'm both impressed and amazed. Not to mention humbled.

Actually though, we only had a minor amount of snow last year. I live in southeastern Michigan, and the weather's been sunny and great, albeit a bit humid at times. The weather patterns have changed due to the accumulated solar activity. Lot's of lakes around to cool off in too. Fresh water everywhere. We had two 6-hour blackouts this year due to air conditioner usage, but that's it. Power is abundant and cheap.

You mentioned past quake activity, but you've got to admit it's nothing like California. Not trying to ruin your day, just trying to shake your shoulders.
