Its good that you can see it without being in one of the drainages. I think the view of Mt Rainier inspires some sort of sacred reverence. Awesome to say the least.

It never ceases to amaze me where humans decide to build homes and urban areas - of course I live in a hazard zone too - maybe its just tough to get away from any. All part of living on our living planet.
