Hi Lowell,

It has been pretty darn busy in Central to Northern CA these past few days, and the weather here only mildly good. Fog in the AM, a breeze that comes in at midday with 80 degree weather that feels like 70 and a crisp cool wind at night. Hardly feels like summer.

However, I checked the weather forecast for Parkfield for next weekend. Not bad. Mid 90's and sunny. I know one thing, I'm going back down into the nearly dry river and collect some more polished stones. I have a couple from the last time and one in particular I like, but it hasn't been analyzed yet. Its dark green with bits of deep red running though and its quite heavy. But with the high polish on it, its beautiful.

So, we'll see what we get on this upcoming trip besides a sunburn....LOL
