Hi Roger. NOAA and USGS are on the agenda. Not sure just how much we will be able to see on the weekend. Anyway it’s a place we can unwind at even if it is for just a short time. The both of us are fast approaching burnout. At least I know I am.

Not sure about Petra. She is going to use the trip for material for one of her books. To her that is not work. To me it’s work no matter what it’s for. Anyway she will enjoy herself and that is all that matters. I will have a great time just seeing what kind of trouble she can get into. She has this thing about getting into trouble. She can be in the wrong place at the wrong time, say the wrong thing at the wrong time, doing the wrong thing at the wrong time. She doesn’t mean to. It’s sort of like waiting around the corner for her.

If we had the time I would take her to Durango and take her for a ride on the narrow gauge railroad to Silverado. She would get a kick out of that until she looked over the edge of the canyon. I would have to pry her loose from the seat she would be sitting in. Not sure if I could get her back on the train for the return trip. Just might have to rent a helicopter to take her out. It’s just as well as we don’t go.

Thanks for the info. on the restaurant. Take Care…Don in creepy town
