As Petra likes to feel earthquakes (yea I know, she's weird) I have been
trying as hard as I can to see if I could get one to center at her front door.
No such luck. The closest one I can forecast is 10 miles north of Healdsburg
on 07/28/2001 and the max on it is 3.0 to 4.5Md.
