Did anybody say North Carolina/Tennessee/Kentucky border

NEIS is reporting tonight a Ml 3.2 earthquake along the border of
North Carolina/Tennessee/Kentucky. It is the largest
earthquake within 100 km of the epicenter since June 17, 1998 when
a Ml 3.7 occurred in the area. This appears to be
the continuation of the series of earthquakes moving west to east
across the central U.S., occurring 2 days after the last
event in Kansas. Following are the NEIS parameters of this event:

26Jul2001 05:26:44 35.9N 83.6W LG=3.2 NEIS NORTH CAROLINA

So, what did the predictors say:
Dave : M>8.0 Kentucky 7.29-01
Kathryn: M 3-5 38.2N 83.9W 30 km radius
Dave: Through Tennessee to No. Georgia
Michael: Decatur Illinois 7/25/01 Ml 2.5
Kate: New Madrid to Ohio to New York Ml 2.5-2.8

This event seems to best match Kathryn's prediction as it is correct in longitude
but off in latitude and correct in magnitude. Congratulations to Kathryn who has
a good first prediction to this board.
Runner's up on this one are Dave who identified Tennessee and Dave who
said Kentucky but with a magnitude which was considerably larger than this
event (the considerably is a bit understated, I think).
