I received the following from a colleague today. Thought some of you might be interested in looking at this article and commenting. New Scientist is a popular magazine in most former Commonwealth countries and should be in a library new you. "Check out the 30 June issue of New Scientist. On page 34 there is an article about Russian work using electromagnetics to generate quakes. Carl Kisslinger and many others are quoted in there. The interesting thing is that it ties directly into the solar activity/geomagnetic storm and quake correlation. You might recall that we had a Chinese student here that looked at electrical signals in the ground and found a 4 day lag between pulses and quakes in the area. "
