Thx Don- That was a quick find. The article used the phrase "no immediate earthquakes"...as you now, this may confine the conclusion based on the interval used for evaluation. So if a quake did not happen "immediately" then therefore triggering is not happening.... Of course, a lawsuit by the locals making the same charge Just Might put the damper on the real scientific outcome.... Another thought is that "cause and effect" imply an accepted context in which to examine a sequence...if the context hasn't been shown then the effect seems unlikely or implausible...and therefore "no way Hose' ". Sometimes a wider net catches more fish.... mark
