Aleutians - only 3 tests here, and yes, they were testing to see if they
could trigger an earthquake in the Aleutians with a huge nuclear explosion.

column 7: latitude (N is +, South is -)
column 8: longitude (E is +, W is -)
column 9: depth
column 10: magnitude of explosion if known
