I'm looking at mid-end of July to get something going with regards to a registry. I have just completed a Javascript course and am in the midst of a Perl/CGI course. I intend to put one of these technologies (probably Perl/CGI) to use with regards to normalizing data on form submissions. I had concerns that I could not validate data in real time with what I had set up, but learning Perl /CGI will give me the tools to deal with that subject ....
