I only remember that it was at some ungodly hour of the morning when it hit and then was followed by Big Bear quake - Luckily I was far enough away that there wasn't much damage - I think I lost some brickwork in that one - I lived in a Mobile Home at the time - I think it busted the pipes at the join of the 2 sides - I had to re-pipe with copper pipe..

I'm not sure if this quake or the Northridge quake damaged the brickwork. I'm just getting too old to remember the details.

I do know that they are just now fixing Hwy 62 out near Landers so that the lines on the road line back up! They had gotten very messy. You don't want people to remember things like earthquakes.
