For both quakes these are the parameters. For the Utah quake the window starts on the 17th and ends on the 22nd.

For the Dunsmuir/McCloud/Shasta quake the window opens on the 16 and closes on the 21st. There is a 40Km radius for both quakes. Both quakes are for July 2001.

In the event there is an X flare one or two days before the Dunsmuir/McCloud/Shasta quake one whole magnitude can be tacked onto the one stated below provided the storm impacts this part of the globe. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
