NEIS is not a good reporter for smaller events. I would never trust their list to be
complete since they have no definition of what to include (at least they do not make such
a definition available). To see what is really happening you usually need to
go to the local network listing which is also somewhat incomplete until
after about a month of analysis. In this case you can look at the PNSN
