Update – December 27, 2012

The new bulletin board program is running okay now on my PC. I discovered that the WWWBoard program does not have a password recognition system built into it. And so one had to be written. And some other helpful important features were added. More will be added with time.

Now that the program runs smoothly with Xampp on my PC, major changes such as adding additional specialized data entry and display Web pages should be easy to make.

A preliminary version might be running on my Internet Server in a day or so.
