Today is 13.0.0.0.0 Long Count.

The last day of the 13th b'ak'tun of the Mesoamerican Long Count Calendar was yesterday, Dec 20th, 2012. Today, the 21st, the Winter Solstice, marks the first day of the new 14th b'ak'tun.

One b'ak'tun lasts 1,383,136 days. The next new b'ak'tun isn't until March 26th, 2407.

So, not only have we experienced a new century, a new millennium, but also a new b'ak'tun!!!

(This all assumes the alignment of the Long Count Calendar to the Gregorian Calendar is correct, which it may not be.)
