AS not infrequently happens, I have made an error.

The program I used for the previous posts was not the right program.

The program was written to compare quakes to predictions by date only and did not correctly score the hits. The 0.7 probability is for a mag 6+ quake in a 3 day window which is not what was predicted.

Please ignore the above posts.

I will get back on this once I find the right program which is not as simple as it sounds; there are literally thousands of them!
