I believe that this will get settled one way or another before too long.

Skywise and his past notes are not my primary concern. One of the problems that is a major concern to me is that he now appears to be hosting a board where that other individual who said that he was leaving the board has now returned only to launch a fresh series of attacks on my posts.

So in my opinion, Skywise would have to ban him from the board in order for it to be a safe place for earthquake forecasters to post notes. And I expect that that is unlikely to happen.

These are personal opinions.
