This is not correct for all. My theory has come out of compiling earthquake data since 1800 AD.It has started after Latur quake in Maharashtra,India on 30th September 1993.I have a huge data bank of calculations and after comparing ,I got some striking resemblance, and hence explanation,This has ultimately narrowed in some theory,which still get modifications.
