There has to be explaination for this,if it is true or atleat logialy expainable.

As per my theory, when high tide pull is acting on X-x axis simultenously lo tide tension on earthcrust is acting at Y-Y axis 90 degree apart.
so if quake is to occur along X -X axis (major) Or/and at Y Y axis.
Thus it should be 85 -95 degrees.and should be simultenously ie + or- one hour
