The two Web pages below related to this subject matter were created long ago. And those pages will be updated and stored at one of my newer Web sites.

One reason that past effort did not get more advanced is because at the time the work was done I did not have any Web sites that had an unlimited download capacity. And if too many people visited any of my Web pages the enire Web site would stop running for a month.
