It looks like a lot of data collection has been going on there for awhile....

There appears to be a definition ambiguity in the defintions regarding the word "event".

ref:

"UTC-# The event or signal UTC or GMT date (less "/" marks), plus the number of the event or signal."

+ "Event or signal" seems to make "event" ambiguous with Event as defined below (from the same page):

+ If the precursor "signal" time may also be the time for a follow on "event" then this creates a problem in being able to interpret this data. Did you mean "event" to be indicative of a precursor signal in this first case and something else as defined above for "Event" in the 2nd.?

Also what would be desired is the latitude and longitude of where the precursor signal was detected (along with the time of detection in Utc/Gmt). Do you have this info. too?
