You're right; I would.

If they don't do that then no one will know if any progress is being made with detecting the approach of these powerful earthquakes.

Anything posted after the fact will be discounted. My suggestion would be to post any signals as you receive them. This establishes them as possible precursors and alerts others.

It also makes a testable record but that will take a year or two.
