Hi Roger,

The energy exploration and collection systems I am sending informaton on to U.S. Policy Makers would run ten and even hundreds of billion dollars to develop. And the costs would be shared by governments around the world, not just paid by the U.S.

You could probably find something less expensive than that to replace your propane burner.

I know!

Try moving to a volcano area. Stick a water tube into the side of the hill where there is some hot magma. And then use the steam to gernerate electricity etc. But first, check your life insurance to see if it covers that (humor intended).

On a more serious note, something else that I am saying to U.S. Policy Makers is that because of all of the special interest groups that pull them in every direction, no government on the planet including the U.S. can really develop effective energy generation or earthquake policies or earthquake forecasting programs. They would have to be developed by private foundations. And the governments could then get directions from them regarding what they should do. Private foundation usually have a higher level of immunity to interference from special interest groups.
